Bad compagnie!! Don’t rent here, but rent a car at the airport.
We arrived at the airport and we were transfert to the parking lot of goldcar.
We arrived there and we had to pay 235 euro for insurance. We could only pay with creditcard with pincode. We didn’t remember our pincode. After that it turnt out to be a real disaster. The man was very unfriendly and totally not helpfull. We had bankcards, cash, debetcard, but policy at coldcar is simple; no creditcard with code, no car. We called carjet and the couldn’t help us either.
So after calls to our banks and everything after 1,5 hours of frustration we let us bring back to the airport. Here we rented in 10 minutes a car with Avance! The were even cheaper! I could hire here with my creditcard and pay the deposit with our bankcard! No problem. We walked to the parking lot at the airport and a friendly man got our car. In less then 15 minutes everything was arranged and paid and we were on our way!
Shame on carjet and coldcars!

You have to pay extra when you pick up the car and you can only pay with creditcard with pincode… no pincode=no car even if you have a debetcard or a bounce of cash… rules are rules.
