We booked our car for a total amount of Eu 204,37. It was the most expensive option offered but was supposed to include everything, such as all insurances. When we collected the car the promised Fiat 500 was not available. Only one seems to be present in the fleet. The replacement was a totally awful, underpowered Opel Corsa. An additional amount of 144 was also immediately pressed upon, among other things as an assurance the tank would be returned with a full tank. Which it was. Furthermore the insurances promised where not valid a star as they where concerned. Which cannot be because the website acts a a broker. Another Eu 82, 75 where later again subtracted from our creditcard. No money was returned at all. In stead they came up with rediculous extra costs like Eu 60 for cleaning, pointing at a place below the clutch pedal where no foot ever comes. The other 22,75 have not even been explained. In total we have paid 431,12. More then double the original amount. Every trick in the book was in the mean time applied to build up insecurity in the customer. Like for instance claiming one made it a personal matter when one stated a bad review would follow. At the same time a new signature had to be placed for every step, thus constantly rewriting the original contract after the fact. One can only wonder what would have happened when the car has broken down. As one wonder show long this review will stay on the net.
